Your team's data stays with your team
Projects, attachments, characters, templates, brands, leads and conversations belong to your team. Everything you open is checked against your team, and files are only served to its members. Roles decide who in the team may see or change what; see Team for each person's role.
What goes to AI providers
When you generate, we send the request to an AI provider: your words or script, the brand, product and character details you picked, and the files you attached for that result. Open Prompt we sent on any result to see exactly what the model received. We do not use your content to train AI models of our own.
Pictures of people
Only upload or make pictures, clips and audio of people who agreed to appear in your ads, and of children only with a parent's or guardian's consent. Never imitate a real person without their permission.
Deleting and your rights
You can delete results in the library, attachments you have not sent, your templates, and what the Studio learned about a brand; projects and characters can be archived. To get a copy of your data, correct it, have something deleted for good or close your account, write to us from the email on your account.
