Dental, optical, physio: specialist clinics and the power of the explainer

People delay specialist care for reasons that have little to do with money. They are afraid of the drill. They do not know what an eye test involves. They think physiotherapy means pain. They worry about being told something they do not want to hear.

Specialist clinics often market themselves with logos and lists of services, which answer none of those worries. A short explainer that shows what actually happens does.

The anxiety ladder

Think of the steps a nervous patient goes through:

  1. Do I really need this? (symptoms worth checking)
  2. What will happen when I get there? (the visit, step by step)
  3. Will it hurt? (honestly, with what you do to keep people comfortable)
  4. What will it cost? (a range, and how to pay)
  5. How do I book?

A short video for each step meets patients where they are.

Ideas that work for each specialty

  • Dental: what happens in a check-up, how a scale-and-polish feels, how to care for braces, what a children's first visit is like
  • Optical: the steps of an eye test, how to choose frames, signs a child may need glasses
  • Physiotherapy: a typical first session, exercises for back pain at a desk job, recovery after a sports injury
  • Hearing, dermatology, fertility, mental health: every specialty has a "what to expect" story

Make them without a production crew

With Tari Studio, a clinic manager or clinician can type /script with the length and the topic. The AI director writes timed scenes with lines and on-screen words. A clinician must check every medical statement before the video is made; AI can be confidently wrong about health. Scripts are free. Scripts with /script.

Attach photos of your actual rooms and equipment so the clinic on screen is the one patients will walk into. How attachments work.

Be honest about discomfort and results

The fastest way to lose a patient is to promise "painless" and deliver pain. Say what people may feel and what you do about it. Do not show results that are not typical, and never use before-and-after images of real patients without written consent.

Health advertising has rules; avoid claims like "guaranteed" or "permanent" unless they are true and provable.

A recurring guide

A friendly character, a hygienist, an optometrist or a physio, can guide patients through a whole series. Add the character once with a description and pictures, and the Studio keeps them consistent. Do not imitate a real clinician without their permission. Characters.

Book from the video

End each clip with a booking action and a phone or WhatsApp number. Automations can answer common questions (hours, prices, location) in seconds, and a tracked link shows which explainer brought each booking. WhatsApp and leads.

Make your first explainer.
