Agencies: serving ten clients with the team you have

Ask the founder of a small marketing or creative agency in Nairobi what changed in the past few years and you will hear a familiar answer: clients want more. More posts, more platforms, more video, more languages, more often, usually for the same retainer. A team of five is expected to run social media for ten brands, each wanting daily content and a monthly campaign.

Something has to give. For many agencies, it is quality, or sleep.

Where the time goes

Most agency time on content is not spent on ideas. It goes on production: finding footage, organising shoots, editing, resizing for each platform, translating, revising after client feedback. AI video does not remove the need for ideas or judgement. It can remove a large share of that production time.

One client, one brand setup

In Tari Studio, each client is a brand with its name, slogan, colours, tone of voice, audience, visual style and the things its ads must always and never do. Products bring their brand along. When your team picks the brand in the Studio, the AI director writes every prompt with those details, so a junior designer cannot accidentally make a bank's ad look like a nightclub's. Brands and brand memory.

As the team rates results with a thumbs up or down and a reason, the Studio keeps short notes about each brand that the director reads on every request. Each client's notes are visible only to your team.

Characters and templates

Many clients have mascots, recurring characters or a signature look. Set them up once as characters and templates, and every new piece stays consistent. Characters and templates.

From script to approval

Clients often want to approve a script before they see a video. Type /script in the Studio with the length and idea, edit the timed scenes, and send the script to the client. Scripts are free. When they approve, press Make this video and the director uses the approved script exactly. Scripts with /script.

Roles keep work safe

Teams in the Studio have roles that decide who may see or change what. Designers make, managers approve, and Autopilot never publishes without someone saying yes. Autopilot.

Price the work honestly

Every quote shows the credit cost before anything is made, and failed generations are refunded automatically. That makes it easier to quote clients accurately and protect your margin. How credits work.

What stays human

AI makes production faster. It does not understand a client's business, invent a campaign idea that changes a brand, handle a difficult client meeting or decide what is true and appropriate to publish. Those are what clients really pay agencies for, and they become more valuable, not less, when production gets cheaper.

Be transparent with clients

Tell clients when content is AI-assisted, and follow their policies and the platforms' rules on labelling. Trust is the agency's real product.
